Situated at 11 y o Plutarco Elías Calles 723, Zonaeste, 22000 Tijuana, B.C., Mexico, this restaurant is famous for its delicious Mexican dishes that bring together tradition and a unique touch of warmth that keeps customers coming back.

From the moment you step into Cenaduría La Once, you are greeted with a sense of familiarity. The cozy, unpretentious environment feels like a second home, with the aroma of fresh tortillas and sizzling meats filling the air. It’s the kind of place where locals gather to enjoy hearty meals, whether it's breakfast, lunch, or dinner, and it’s easy to see why.

The menu at Cenaduría La Once showcases an array of traditional Mexican fare, including tacos, burritos, and the ever-popular menudo. Each dish is prepared with fresh ingredients, showcasing the flavors of the region. The tacos are a highlight, with perfectly grilled meats such as carne asada, al pastor, and carnitas. The tortillas are soft yet slightly crispy, providing the perfect base for the vibrant fillings. And if you’re in the mood for something heartier, the menudo, a classic Mexican soup made with beef tripe, is a must-try. It's served hot and flavorful, with just the right balance of spices to warm you from the inside out.

What sets Cenaduría La Once apart from other local spots is the authenticity of the recipes. These aren’t just dishes made to cater to tourists; they are family recipes passed down through generations. The restaurant’s commitment to preserving traditional flavors is evident in every bite. Whether it’s the smoky flavor of the grilled meats or the rich, savory broths, each dish reflects a deep respect for Mexican culinary heritage.

One of the standout dishes at Cenaduría La Once is the famous "tostada de ceviche". Served with fresh, tangy seafood, it's the perfect appetizer to start your meal with a burst of refreshing flavor. The combination of lime, cilantro, and perfectly seasoned fish on a crispy tostada is a popular choice among regulars. It’s the perfect balance of lightness and boldness, making it a true testament to the skill of the kitchen.

For dessert, you can’t go wrong with a sweet treat like flan or churros. Both are crowd favorites, offering a rich, satisfying finish to any meal. The flan is silky smooth, with just the right level of sweetness and a caramelized top that adds depth. Meanwhile, the churros are crispy on the outside, with a soft, airy interior and dusted with cinnamon sugar-a delightful way to end your meal.

  • Good for a fast bite, but pozole is not exquisite, it didn't blow mi mind. This business have been there for long time, should remodel some areas. Dishes are of a good size and tasty. Tostadas, I think, are the best plate they have.

  • Cenaduria La Once Antojitos Mexicanos is truly a hidden gem in Tijuana. Nestled on Calle 11 Y/O Plutarco Elias Calles, this cozy spot serves up some of the most authentic Mexican dishes you'll ever taste. Their flautas, pozole, and sopes are good, and the portions are generous. The pozole, in particular, blew me away with its rich flavor. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff is friendly. Plus, the prices are really reasonable, making it an ideal spot whether you're a local or just passing through. If you're in the mood for a hearty meal or just want to indulge in some delicious antojitos, you definitely need to check out Cenaduria La Once. 4 Stars because not many healthy options and everything is fried or deep fried.

  • My mother been took me to this place since the 80’s. It moved across the street many years now. Even with all the changes around, the food still the same and even some of the servers are the ones I remember when I was little. The most original food!

  • Best tacos dorados I've tried. My only complaint is the small space inside and the poor organization of the place. But it's really about the food for me though.

  • When you just want a bowl or a cup of pozole this is the place. Tostadas , Tacos dorados flautas sopes all is worth the travel to Tijuana.
